Letters to the Editor and Perspectives

Submission Instructions

Readers are invited to submit Letters to the Editor in response to an article published in the Journal or a general topic, as well as Perspectives on topics relevant to the hematology/oncology pharmacy community.

Letters and Perspectives that are accepted for publication are subject to the Journal’s editing for style and content, and will appear in print and/or online on the Journal’s website.

All authors of Letters and Perspectives will be required to sign an Author Disclosure Form related to any potential financial conflicts of interest. In addition, the corresponding/lead authors must complete a Copyright Transfer Form.

Full contact information, including current professional affiliation and email address, will be needed to allow for your review of the edited manuscript.

Letters to the Editor Requirements

  • Maximum of 400 words, excluding references
  • Maximum of 12 references
  • Exception: A Letter that includes a figure or a table should be limited to 300 words (excluding the table or figure) and 6 references
  • Maximum of 4 authors

Perspectives Requirement

  • 750-1000 words, excluding references
